Data protection is an important fundamental right of our society and affects all areas of our lives - both private and professional.
At REISSWOLF we work with personal and particularly sensitive data on a daily basis. We are very conscious of the trust our customers place in us and do everything to justify it.
Whether it concerns archiving, digitisation or document and data carrier destruction – REISSWOLF considers compliance with the highest quality standards at every processing point to be a given. This is why we have had the various different areas of our business certified.

DQS Data Protection Confirmation
Data protection defined a task to which REISSWOLF has committed itself across locations and across all areas of application of its services. From the digitisation and management of analogue and digital data, IT development and support activities and IT services to the destruction of files and data carriers. The independent certification body DQS GmbH (German Association for the Certification of Management Systems) confirms that REISSWOLF has carried out a voluntary data protection audit which takes legal requirements into account. They also confirm the effective implementation of suitable technical and organisational measures across all REISSWOLF locations.
DIN 66399 for document and data carrier destruction
By using state-of-the-art shredding systems, REISSWOLF guarantees that your documents and data carriers will be destroyed in line with DIN 66399. We also confirm to our clients that their data have been disposed of in line with data protection legislation by providing them with a certificate.
ISO 9001:2015 Quality management system
REISSWOLF works transparently and takes a process-oriented approach in all areas of its business. It requires its quality management system to undergo an ongoing improvement process. For this reason, REISSWOLF has had its business certified under the ISO 9001 standard.
Waste management company (EfbV)
As a certified specialist waste management company in the sense of the EfbV (Entsorgungsfachbetriebe-Verordnung - Waste Disposal Companies Ordinance), REISSWOLF is committed to the recycling of raw materials that have already been used and thus promotes the recycling economy. Collecting, transporting, storing, treating as well as trading or brokering of waste is organized, carried out and monitored by our employees, both technically and professionally.
Good Laboratory Practice (GLP)
Established by the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) and internationally established, the Principles of Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) serve as a quality assurance system for the organisational process and framework of non-clinical health and environmental safety testing.

For REISSWOLF, it is an overarching goal to implement the data protection requirements of the GDPR in accordance with the regulation. The voluntary audit of our archiving software, REISSWOLF archive. manager., by Bitkom Servicegesellschaft mbH (wholly owned subsidiaries of BITKOM Bundesverband Informationswirtschaft, Telekommunikation und neue Medien e. V.) once again confirmed the successful implementation of the GDPR requirements. In addition, the association confirmed that REISSWOLF comprehensively protects the rights of its users.
