The independent certification body DQS GmbH (German Association for the Certification of Management Systems) confirms that REISSWOLF has carried out a voluntary data protection audit which takes legal requirements into account. They also confirm the effective implementation of suitable technical and organisational measures across all REISSWOLF locations.
By using state-of-the-art shredding systems, REISSWOLF guarantees that your documents and data carriers will be destroyed in line with DIN 66399. We also confirm to our clients that their data have been disposed of in line with data protection legislation by providing them with a certificate.

As a certified specialist waste management company in the sense of the EfbV (Entsorgungsfachbetriebe-Verordnung - Waste Disposal Companies Ordinance), REISSWOLF is committed to the recycling of raw materials that have already been used and thus promotes the recycling economy. Collecting, transporting, storing, treating as well as trading or brokering of waste is organized, carried out and monitored by our employees, both technically and professionally.
Established by the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) and internationally established, the Principles of Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) serve as a quality assurance system for the organisational process and framework of non-clinical health and environmental safety testing.
For REISSWOLF, it is an overarching goal to implement the data protection requirements of the GDPR in accordance with the regulation. The voluntary audit of our archiving software, REISSWOLF archive. manager., by Bitkom Servicegesellschaft mbH (wholly owned subsidiaries of BITKOM Bundesverband Informationswirtschaft, Telekommunikation und neue Medien e. V.) once again confirmed the successful implementation of the GDPR requirements. In addition, the association confirmed that REISSWOLF comprehensively protects the rights of its users.
